Polow Da Don's Zone 4 Cake!

This was cake was such an honor to make!!! We were called on to create a cake for Zone 4 Inc founder and super producer Polow Da Don. Zone 4 is a popular music label with an awesome roster of talented artists like Keri Hilson, Lloyd and Timothy Bloom (if you haven't seen Timothy Bloom's music video "Til the End of Time" you must stop what you're doing right now and google it, lol!) If that isn't impressive enough Polow himself has produced for a variety of artist including Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, T.I., Usher, Chris Brown and Lil Wayne...and the list goes on. So needless to say we were honored to be chosen to create a cake to present to him at his annual Cancers for a Cause fundraiser in celebration of all of his work in the industry, community and tireless efforts in funding cancer research.

For the cake we created a mixing board out of french vanilla cake with cream cheese filling and a white fitted baseball hat that was sculpted from Red Velvet cake. The cake also included personal touches like a blinged out Zone 4 chain, a cancer research ribbon on the hat, a check from his foundation to a lucky recipient and pics of him giving away turkeys at Thanksgiving and receiving an award from the mayor of Atlanta. The "ZONE 4" letters are poured white chocolate...All 100% edible!
