Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy" Sneaker Cake!

This larger than life cake was made to replicate the ultra exclusive Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxay" sneaker that had everyone from celebrities to commoners clammering to get their hands on a pair. While most had to camp out for days outside of Nike retailers just to purchase these popular kicks, the recipient of this cake kicked their feet up while we put in the work. French vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling and 100% edible!

ATL Nike AF1 Birthday Cake *PARENTAL DISCRETION ADVISED*

This cake was done for a client's boyfriend who relocated to the west coast but is still an Atlanta boy at heart. She insisted that it have a "big booty stripper" with an Atlanta theme and i was more than happy to oblige ;)

The sneaker is made of red velvet cake with cream cheese icing covered in fondant. The stripper with money, chain and gold grill are all hand scuplted from sugar paste and 100% edible!

This one was done for a client who's girlfriend was celebrating her 28th birthday. It's a larger than life replica of a Nike Air Jordan V Sneaker. Red velvet cake with butter cream icing covered in fondant. The "23" that's on the original sneaker was changed to a "28" on the cake.

Air Jordan XI Birthday Cake!

The client ordered this cake for his brother's 29th birthday. It's a life size replica of a Nike Air Jordan XI sneaker. It's strawberry with vanilla buttercream icing and completely edible:) I changed the "23" that's on the actual shoe to a "29" on the cake.
