Princess Dora the Explorer Birthday Cake with Cupcakes

This cake was done for a client whose daughter, Channing, was celebrating her 3rd birthday. She told me her daughter loved Dora and Boots, princesses, rainbows and unicorns :) She wanted to remain budget conscious so we kept it simple by using buttercream icing and adding some hand sculpted pieces and fondant accents. This is a great example of our level 2 buttercream cakes. The cake was french vanilla and the cupcakes were red velvet and cinnamon swirl.

These cakes were inexpensive, but still look like a step above your local supermarket cakes, and since we make ours fresh the day before your event they are super moist and delicious :) We have 1/4, 1/2, and full sheet cakes and 8 inch and 12 inch round cakes starting at only $40. Done with fluffy buttercream icing with add-ons like custom edible images and fondant accents!

Top tier is strawberry cream with fresh strawberries and cream cheese filling. Bottom tier is butter cake with chocolate bavarian cream filling. Buttercream icing and sugar paste flowers and numbers.
