Party Girl Cake and Cupcakes!
This cake was done for a client whose daughter was turning 6 years old and celebrating her birthday with a big party at Dave and Buster's. Her mom sent me a pic of the invitation that she was using for the party and asked for me to use it as inspiration. The cake was red velvet with cream cheese icing covered in fondant. Two dozen french vanilla cupcakes and one dozen chocolate fudge with buttercream icing and fondant toppers. As always This cake was 100% edible =)

Little Princess Birthday Cake
This cake was done for a client whose little girl was turning 3 years old and liked ballerinas and princesses... too cute :) I also made one dozen fondant cupcake toppers for her to save money and just pop onto her own homemade cupcakes :)

Playstaion 3 Cake!
Sheen Magazine Cake!
This cake was made for an event celebrating Sheen Magazine's launch to newstands. Since the magazine focuses on beauty, specifically hair care, i decided to include some hand sculpted hair rollers, a comb and flat iron made from rice crispie treats. Each magazine cover is edible as well. French vanilla cake with buttercream and fondant icing. For more info on Sheen Magazine log on to www.sheenmagazine.com
Tippin' in a Winter Wondaland Cake!
This cake was created for singer, Janelle Monae, and her label, Wondaland Arts Society's, holiday party. Since her single "Tightrope" was just handed a Grammy nomination I went with the theme "Tippin in a Winter Wondaland". Wondaland studios itself is covered with grassy astoturf *i couldn't make this up, lol* so i went with snow covered grass as the backdrop to this cookies and cream filled chocolate fudge cake. The "tightrope" is tied to two holiday topiaries made out of Rice Crispie Treats and fondant. The black and white George Esquivel shoes that Janelle and her band "tip" in were made using Rice Crispie Treats and fondant.

*notice the tightrope ;)
