Mermaid Cake!

This French vanilla cake was done for a client who drove in from Charlotte, NC to pick up her cake from us :) She was having a Pices themed birthday party and wanted an "under the sea" style cake. Mermaid, seashells, pearls, coral, and treasure chest all hand sculpted from sugarpaste.
